Nancy and I are both life-long Boone County residents. We were raised as neighbors in Hallsville, married in 1975, and moved to Columbia in 1984, six weeks before the birth of our only child, Katee. I began my career in the auto glass business in 1975 when I was 18 years old. In April, 1986, we opened our own auto glass shop, Toalson Glass. Our first location was housed in temporary quarters while our building at 1401-C Illinois was being built.

For the next ten years, we specialized in auto glass repair and replacement. In 1996, we added residential and commercial window tinting to the services we provided. In 2007, we made a decision to devote our business full time to residential and commercial window tinting. On January 1, 2008, we sold the auto glass portion of Toalson Glass to Dents Unlimited of Columbia and formed a new business, Tint By Toalson.

Tint By Toalson allows us the opportunity to devote all of our time and energy to providing Columbia and the mid-Missouri area with outstanding residential and commercial window tinting services.  With our unique window tinting system, we can help reduce fading by cutting UV rays, make hot rooms cooler, and reduce glare on your TV and computer screen.  We also have security window film and decorative window film.
